Constipation and indigestion, both have different problems. Indigestion is a problem in the upper abdomen, in which the food eaten is not easily digested and there is a problem of loss of appetite and sour belching, while constipation is a problem of the lower abdomen (large intestine), in which after absorption Stooled stool does not drain easily. Green herb-less use of vegetable is the main cause of constipation.

Compound Medicine Theory :

The purpose of yoga is to change the life of the mandarin and to intensify the mild gastritis, while activating the muscles of the abdomen to keep the digestive process running smoothly. 

Practice :

Asanas : Tadasana, Tiryaktadasana, Katichkrasana (5-5 cycles) Surya Namaskar (5 to seven cycles), Shavasana (10 minutes), Vajrasana (10 minutes after meals), Marjari Asan, Shashak - Bhujangasana, Paschimottanasana, Halasana, Dhanurasana or Bhujangasana, Shavasan (again 5 minutes).

Pranayama : pulse resection, Bhramari.

Activities : Kunjal (vomit), small-scale ablution (once a week). Kapalbhati, Nauli, Agnisara Kriya (whichever is possible)

Other Exercises : Soham practice.

Other Suggestions : Drink empty stomach water in the morning and make a walk. Quit the habit of eating something. Use more water and green greens vegetable.

Precautions : Do not perform complex exercises in the condition of high blood pressure, heart disease or acute constipation.
