While serving food in India, in addition to pulses, roti, vegetables and rice, one can definitely get chutney. These values may undoubtedly seem low but the taste of the food and the flavor of the plate increase from this. In most homes, only green chutney is made, but there are many other forms of chutney, this time we are introducing you. You can also increase the taste of food by making them.

Ingredients :

Tomato - 2 (finely chopped), Onion - 1 (finely chopped), Garlic - 3 - 4 buds, Dhuli Urad Dal - 1/2 teaspoon, Chana Dal - 1/2 teaspoon, Curry leaves - 8 - 10, salt as per taste, steamed red chillies - 4 - 5, asafetida - pinchful, rye - 1/2 teaspoon, sugar - 1/2 teaspoon, cumin - 1/2 teaspoon, oil - 1 teaspoon.

Method :

Grind tomato, onion, garlic buds, red chili, and 4-5 curry leaves in the mixer. Heat oil in the pan and add asafetida, cumin and mustard seeds and fry them. After tempering the mustard seeds, add urad dal and gram lentils, stir for a minute and add the remaining curry leaves. Now add ground tomato mixture and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar and mix well. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes and turn off the gas. Serve with idli, dosa, appa or uttapam when the chutney is cold.
